as per the workaround posted in the above link... i have added that META-TAG in my code...
but still the IE 9 remains in its standard mode.I am using
richfaces-api-3.3.3.Final.jar,richfaceimpl-3.3.3.Final.jar,richfaces-ui-3.3.3.Final.jar....
