if "trye", the attribute takes a value-binding expression for a component
property of a backing bean;
It looks like binding have boolean type, i.e. (if binding == false) {attribute
doesn't take a value-binding expression for a component property of a backing bean;}
I think *if "true"* should be removed from spec. See 7. List of Attributes
section.
