Remember that translator overrides are scoped to a VDB and are not currently available in
the workspace proper.
We've got a JIRA ( TEIIDDES-1079 )around making that happen, but not for 7.7.
I guess there is the possibility for adding TO's during the Preview Data VDB
creation/update process, but would be better if we did that in conjunction with 1079 work

Currently "DefaultServiceMode" can only set on the WS translator extension
property, which makes impossible for doing a preview from the Designer. In Designer you
can only set translator overrides during VDB creation, however preview does not give any
option for overrides. It quite possible in given service some calls may be done using
MESSAGE, some with PAYLOAD. Adding a optional parmeter will solve these issues.
