Just to get the ball rolling for cr1, I committed the modifications to master. Had to
resort to a custom json parser to account for google specific array null, string, and date
value handling.
There are still a lot of messages that need localized and more non-integration tests are
needed.
Will add a sub-task for adding native query procedure support (to enable pivots). May
also want to refine the module names to be more specific - i.e. google-spreadsheet-xxx
before resolving this issue.

Connectivity to Google spreadsheets for Teiid was identified as a desirable feature.
I've hacked together a little prototype code that can access Google Spreadsheets
through the Table feed.

I envision the connector as driven by a text file for it's metadata just like the
Text connector is. I imagine it would be possible to create some tooling that could
define a model from the same text file, but that is out of the scope of this Jira.
