Steve, the observed errors are as I described above. We are setting the string value of
the transformation in the editor, so we are not programmatically using language objects to
generate the transformation. Perhaps that is where the process falls down?

When generating columns names in Designer with ":" in them, a parse error is
thrown in the transformation. Also, using the keyword "value" in a
transformation for a column name errors until "" are added to it. The
"" should be added by the Teiid validator.
