[webbeans-dev] Switch to structured deployments

Hi all, I have just committed the changes to the core to make it use the deployment structure passed to it in bootstrap. There are still a couple of hacks in there, which I will work out next. Please let me know of any problems, and make sure you update to all modules with mvn -U when next building! Pete
