be my guest - you just need to bulk reopen, bulk move and then bulk
resolve/close.
BTW this isn't sufficient, we need to keep the original resolution
like won't fix, rejected etc. Also Shane says that bulk move looses
component and fix version.
Shane is doing it issue by issue.
