[forge-users] I have to restart forge after insalling an addon.

I install the arquillian-addon by doing, addon-install-from-git --url https://github.com/forge/arquillian-addon.git. Then I should see in forge the command arquillian-setup. But I have to restart forge to see this command. Is this true and is there another way? Also in forge there is a list of addons. But this addon is not in that list, but is in my local git repo anf forge somehow sees is. Is this true?
