Funny, while back Neuchatel I outlined the problems with deployment plans and how the
could be mapped to REST.
Asking wether or not it would be useful to go down the REST way at all or just stick to an
RPC protocol.
IMO both are fine, but it should be done correctly. In this case we should not use the
term REST anymore, you are right.
