[jboss-as7-dev] Kabir is now an AS push/reviewer!

Hi Everyone, The recent events with the nexus outage and bad maven commits breaking the build has brought up an issue I have been meaning to address, which is that we don't have anyone in the EMEA timezones that can push changes to the repo.
