Even still, I think it's something we're going to have to eliminate, otherwise our
XSD will just be one big wildcard and we'll be back to square 1.

CBR & the new jbossesb.xml don't seem to generate a proper jbossesb-listener.xml.
The CBR properties show up as attributes instead of a child element. Here is the
declaration in jbossesb.xml:
