What happens I suppose, is the BRMS, is not refreshing the rules list after a delete
operation and is keeping the Repository UUID of the deleted rule in the list,. and when we
try to open it (Which is not possible, once it was deleted), we got the error of the
screenshot.

After deleting an asset (A Rule to be more precise) the list is not refreshed, and if we
try to open a rule after this we get an exception
