The no-interface one worked for me.
I have changed the integration code so that now the other examples also work, and a better
error message is generated if it cannot pick the correct EJB view to use.

I created a several variants of EJB-based jax-rs service: EJB without interface, with
local interface, with remote interface. All variants produced an exceptions.
Test code and logs are attached to the issue.
