The intended mechanism is to use JCA for XA, thus pooled connection factory. in any case,
this is NOT a PRD requirement and is not a high priority.

Connection factory (<connection-factory>) does not support setting transacted mode
with tag <transacted mode="xa" />. This is only possible to set in
<pooled-connection-factory>. HornetQ supports XA for non-pooled connection factories
so there is no reason not to support this.
