Currently Client's configuration map is initialized to null by default. Recently I
changed Client.getOnewayThreadPool(), so that it looks in configuration for a couple of
values, which broke org.jboss.test.remoting.oneway.OnewayInvokerClientTest, which does not
initialize configuration. Making sure configuration is always non-null seems like a good
idea.
