Need to add equivalent for a RegionFactory. Also need to determine what to do with org.jboss.hibernate.cache.DeployedTreeCacheProvider. It's really a second (unmaintained) version of the old legacy org.jboss.ejb3.entity.TreeCacheProviderHook stuff.
