This is a feature we need for our testsuite, it is not something that the average end user of arquillian would expect. Instead when we build our server config in the testsuite a mgmt-users.properties file should be created/copied in. The only affected test appears to be org.jboss.as.test.smoke.surefire.servermodule.HttpDeploymentUploadUnitTestCase, which I am going to ignore for now. -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA.
