It's beyond scope of Arquillian (and ShrinkWrap) to merge manifests, IMO. These files
are just content, and ShrinkWrap doesn't touch content, only acts as a virtual file
system. However I could envision a layer atop ShrinkWrap Descriptors to "merge"
two input ManifestDescriptor types. WDYT?

CDI/ARQ/AS7 test - it's not possible to modify MANIFEST.MF (to activate AS7 module)
when creating test archive because ARQ replaces user-defined manifest with its own version
in the end. ARQ should merge existing manifest instead.
