So one issue is that the osgi framework is still overriding the module selector. Instead
it needs to use the one available in the ClassifyingModuleLoaderService. Note that this
service should be moved earlier in AS7 before subsystems are started. I'll do that
part.

Our main focus for OSGi functionality is to make it available in AS. I suggest we
integrate early with the AS7 code base to catch issues we might not see otherwise and give
AS folks the needed OSGi feedback.
