MSOURCES-13 and MOJO-1337 are complete. Once the new versions of these plugins are
available, the AS build can be updated.

There are a couple of things that can be done to improve the time of the builds.
The source plugin should not fork the build because this causes early build phases to be
run twice (MSOURCES-13).
The buildnumber plugin should not run for each module. It should just get the svn
revision once (MOJO-1337).
The enforcer should be moved to a profile so that it does not need to run for every
build.
