This prevents us to deploy the task service database on oracle because oracle table names must be 30 characters long at most. A few example are the following: PeopleAssignments_PotentialOwners, PeopleAssignments_ExcludedOwners, PeopleAssignments_TaskStakeholders, PeopleAssignments_BusinessAdministrators, PeopleAssignments_Recipients in the PeopleAssignments class
