I don't have the test results at hand since this was an experiment, but the
concurrency might have been around 100-300 and there were roughly about 100 exceptions
like the one above.
Removing a connector does not wait for wait for requests to finish

When you remove a AJP connector current requests end up with NullPointerException.
If the quiesce requirement has been dropped for 7.1 then please reschedule to open to
community.
