Resolution: Partially Completed
Now there are JBOSS_BASE_DIR, JBOSS_LOG_DIR, JBOSS_CONFIG_DIR environment variables to
configure the log and configuration dir. Closing this as partial complete, since
processing the java system properties as part of the startup script only works on linux
currently.
