U+FF08 (FULLWIDTH LEFT PARENTHESIS) and U+FF09 (FULLWIDTH RIGHT PARENTHESIS) are not a Java identifier part. The problem is that DialectUtil.normalizeRuleName() misses to process the name because of NON_ALPHA_REGEX check.
