As this information is needed before EE components can be installed, this has resulted in EE component annotation parsing deployers being pushed back to POST_MODULE when they should be in PARSE. Ideally this should be changed to use the Jandex index rather than actual annotation instances, so that it can be pushed back to the PARSE phase.
