I found this issue through trying to compile the code-base in my IDE from a clean checkout
of the AS. I noticed there was a compile error due to a method not being implemented in
TCCLSetup. The build from the command line worked because the build script didn't make
use of the dead code (and rightly so).
Remove the arquillian/service code as it is dead code
