I have added a new proxy repo of the java.net Maven 2 repo
(http://download.java.net/maven/2/) that supports snapshots.
The repo is called "java.net - Maven 2 Snapshots" and it is added to the
developer group.
Allow snapshots to be downloaded from proxied Sun repo

The Sun maven 2 repo (http://download.java.net/maven/2/) contains both snapshots and
releases. Currently only releases are downloaded through the proxy repo in Nexus. Nexus
should be configured to also allow snapshots to be downloaded from this repo.
