ProtocolChannelClient currently does not support config for the bind address. connect(..) should be calling return endpoint.connect("remote", bindAddress, destAddress, builder.getMap(), actualHandler, sslContext); instead of return endpoint.connect(uri, builder.getMap(), actualHandler, sslContext); and expose bindAddress config
