Shouldn't the filtering be by module instead? Currently we don't have the
subsystem concept (outside of configurations).
Also what to do wrt configs, should it extract the subsystem templates from all filtered
modules, and include these in the configs that will be generated that have same output
file?

It should be possible to provision a server with only a subset of the modules required by
a feature pack. For instance a user may wish to take the wildfly-web feature pack, and
then add just the JPA component of the full server. It should be possible to specify this
in the provisioning file, and all transient dependencies should also be included.
