At deploy time, the property of each deployment dependency module is to be checked. If it
is not public, a warning shall be issued. A different message is logged for unsupported
versus private, each in a separate subcategory. In AS7 default build, the private warning
is enabled and the unsupported warning is disabled. In EAP, both are enabled.
