A related feature-request that I've seen more than once is: the ability to completely
prevent a portlet from rendering if its render outputStream has no content. Currently, the
portlet renderer(s) will still be themed and displayed, but it may be nice to prevent the
portlet from rendering altogether.
Add an option in jboss-portlet.xml that allow the portal to not
perform a rendering of a minimized portlet
