I already fixed the WeakHashMap problem and attributed the commit to this jira. We did
end up mixing two problems into this one jira because at first we didn't know it was
two different problems. Sorry for the confusion. Flavia and I can talk off line if we
need to discuss it further.

ThreadLocalResteasyProviderFactory in RestEasy has a reference to a CdiInjectorFactory
that is not released when the application is undeployed from JBoss AS. This
CdiInjectorFactory holds a reference to a BeanManager from Weld, and thus leaks all the
beans from the deployment.
