All JARs are uploaded as text files instead of binaries. You can see this with the following commands: With jboss-parent 5-beta-2, we do a local upload and a manual commit in SVN. It works : $ svn propget svn:mime-type http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/repository.jboss.org/maven2/org/gatein/mop... > application/octet-stream With jboss-parent 5-beta-3, we directly upload in SVN with webdav : $ svn propget svn:mime-type http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/repository.jboss.org/maven2/org/gatein/mop... > (Returns nothing which means text file)
