Sorry for your pain! Note that a workaround for Metawidget is to use modular dependencies
(and not include ones you don't need, such as the Spring ones). See

However, I would love to see this resolved as Lincoln suggested. Clearly it is impacting
users.

We need to be able to specify exceptions to ignore during classpath scanning. This was
available in AS6, we need it in AS7, or something similar. Please see
