I didn't change the existing Classes.getAllInterfaces(..) for compatibility reasons.
I added a new utility method in JBCOMMON-36 that can be used to construct the array of
implemented interfaces, in presence of duplicates.
To avoid generating yet another jboss-common release just for this fix, I copied the body
of the utility method inside server/src/main/org/jboss/naming/ExternalContext.java.
After we update Branch_4_2 to jboss common 1.2.2 and HEAD to jboss common-core 2.2.3, this
can be properly replaced with a call to the Classes.getAllUniqueInterfaces(..) utility.

In jboss trunk (targeting AS5 CR1), replaced the inlined getAllUniqueInterfaces() with a
call to the common-core Classes.getAllUniqueInterfaces(..) utility. Will probably not do
the same in Branch_4_2, as it requires a jboss common upgrade...

Updated Branch_4_2 to jboss-common 1.2.2.GA-brew and that allowed the re-factoring of the
solution as mentioned above.
The fix should also indicate a potential 4.2.4 release, but this has be removed from
JIRA.
