Re-Entrant calls are currently allowed.
I don't think it is worth adding a flag to enable strict spec compliant behaviour, as
previous versions of JBoss AS have not supported the strict behaviour, and according to
the comments in AS7-1995 re-entrance will be supported in EJB 3.2 anyway.
If we receive requests for the strict behaviour we can re-evaluate.
