Mark Little commented on JBESB-233:
-----------------------------------
We could have a variety of rules. A default one could be "log everything". But
by loading in new rules (possibly different rules in different parts of the ESB),
you'd enable more flexibility. Ultimately whoever defines the rules will be
responsible for knowing whether they work and can key on something in the message in order
to be triggered.
For non-XML messages we could punt that to the rule developer. That's probably the
easiest short-term strategy until we know how this stuff will be used and get more user
feedback. We just need to provide a framework within which people can define their rules
for logging.
Message Store access via CBR?

Project: JBoss ESB
Issue Type: Feature Request
Security Level: Public(Everyone can see)
Components: ESB Core, Registry
Reporter: Mark Little
Assigned To: Mark Little
Fix For: 5.0
Does it make sense to tie the Message Store into the system via CBR, i.e., a CBR
dispatcher/handler in each process that routes messages to the store based on specific
rules (wildcard support to catch "route all" messages)?
