It seems IBM JDK has an issue with using clone() method for arrays in static method of interface. Using arrays clone() method causes following exception for IBM JDK:

Hi [~mfusco],
I can confirm at least for our case that we are not using the incremental KieScanner and during our tests we also don't update/change any rules whatsoever.
We basically have up to 200 threads (but I see the error also locally with just 20 threads), each having their own KieSession going at the same (unchanged) KieBase.
Unfortunately I'm not versatile in drools and the rete algorithm at all, so I'm probably not much help.
The odd observation for me is that running the same fireAllRulesCommand right after the failure again usually runs fine, which makes me think that this might be some concurrency related problem.
