Also, AbstractMutableSchemaResolver when creating an instance of SchemaBindingValidator
will initialize its schemaResolver to itself.
SchemaBindingValidator should pass default schema resolver in case
SchemaBinding doesn't have one

The following method
public void validate(InputSource is, SchemaBinding binding)
will use binding.getSchemaResolver() to load schemas referenced from the main XSD. If the
binding is not associated with a SchemaBindingResolver then the default resolver should be
used.
