Description:
We need to review the licenses and configure the license-maven-plugin to download all the
license files from the JBoss.org server so that they have standard names when packaged in
the zip.
The two goals for this should be (1) to remove all the missing license errors, and (2) to
override the dependency pom configurations so that the plugin to only downloads license
files from the JBoss repository licenses directory
