"protected SessionProxyFactory getProxyFactory(RemoteBinding binding)" exists
in the Containers, and currently creates a new Proxy Factory each time. We need to be
keeping track of each Proxy Factory registered in the JNDI Registrar keyed by its binding
so we may retrieve them instead of making all this unnecessary recreation
