You should get the raw bundle bytes, and your implementation of installBundle should do any mounting (or not - it IS within the realm of possibility that mounting is NOT at all appropriate for OSGi bundles, expecially if we're handing them off to a third-party deployer!!) VFS is not a silver bullet. It's designed for a specific purpose, which does not apply for third-party deployment frameworks.
