Description:
The Arquillian common container module has a Container configuration option named
startupTimeout. This option is not common between the different containers and belongs to
only Managed container.
ManagedContainerConfiguration already has a option called, startupTimeoutInSeconds.
startupTimeout in CommonContainerConfiguration should be removed.
