Tried with polish signs and with 看 as dir(built server from scratch).
Marking this issue as Rejected, unless there is a step by step way to reproduce.
Tried both 7.1.1.Final and current master.

Install JBoss7.1.1.Final in a folder with Japanese characters. Server does not start. I
