Provisioning should not be taking information from maven, all the information to provision
a server should be specified in the server provisioning file.
All overrides have to be explicitly specified, otherwise if maven somehow brings in a
transient dependency that happens to be also used by a feature pack then this will be
un-intentionally overridden.
