The spring_http test still failed randomly after the changes that allowed the spring_rmi
test to work. Some clients were failing with "address in use" BindExceptions
when they tried to call a method on the server proxy. It looks like machine (Windows) was
running out of available ports, even when the MaxUserPort tcp parameter was set to 64000.
The failure was corrected by putting method invocations in a loop that runs until the
invocation succeeds.
Fix the spring http performance tests.
