Currently, ChannelMapper seem to cram two different sets of concerns (core channel to
destination mapping and durable subscription management) under the same interface. Review
the interface (and the implementation) in search for a better solution, possibly involving
service separation (DurableSubscriptionStore and ChannelMapper).
