Per http://community.jboss.org/wiki/MavenRepository the public-jboss group is limited to
JBoss projects or thirdparty projects re-built by the JBoss community. The
"public" group (https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/repositories/public/)
makes non-rebuilt thirdparty artifacts available and should be used for the community AS 7
build. The com.sun.faces:jsf-api:jar:2.0.4-b09 artifact is available there.
