if you want to take the timezone of the client, can you assume that the browser of all
clients indicate their timezone correctly ?
adding configurable timezone will also need docs updates.
figuring out a good solution, implementing it and documenting it will take a bit longer
then 20', i think.
since it is not a critical issue, i'll leave it for now and i will let fady have a
look at it.

The web-console currently uses the default JSF timezone conversion and displays GMT+0.
Other time zones should be read from the client or be configurable.
