Bela Ban commented on JGRP-897:
-------------------------------
Hmm, big problem: when A sends a message to {X,Y,Z}, then we cannot send 3 individual
unicasts *at the transport level* because the seqnos between A-X, A-Y and A-Z are
different !
Also, how would UNICAST.down() get the seqno for a dest={X,Y,Z} ?
Anycasting: better use of logical addresses

Key: JGRP-897

Project: JGroups
Issue Type: Task
Reporter: Bela Ban
Assignee: Bela Ban
Fix For: 2.8
See whether logical addresses allow us to handle anycasting more efficiently, ie. handle
them at the transport level, and not by sending multiple unicasts
